Emerging markets panel pioneer Borderless Access has promoted Dushyant Gupta to EVP, with added responsibility for leading the market expansion of the company's new digital MR product solutions.
The latter include close-up consumer tracker TAPP, which identifies patterns and trends by examining consumers’ interactions and their emotional state and behaviour 'within their environment'; and specialist physician sampling suite HealthSight, powered by the firm's SmartSight analytics engine.
Gupta will also continue his role growing the company's services business, which has recently branched out to cover developed economies, with new panels in Germany, the UK and the US.
He spent two years apiece at Nielsen and IMRB International before joining Cross-Tab Marketing Services in 2004. Early in 2009 he moved within the group to become a VP at its newest addition, Borderless Access, rising to SVP two years later. CEO Ruchika Gupta says of his contribution over nearly a decade: 'Dushyant has been instrumental in building Borderless Access into a globally-known and respected MR services company, which now has presence in 31 markets, strong sales and delivery teams and marquee clientele across top Honomichl and corporates'.
