Ruchika Gupta is the founder and CEO of Borderless Access Pvt Ltd, an award-winning, technology and consumer-analytics driven, digital market research solutions and product company. She set up Borderless Access in 2008 and has led the company to year-on-year growth since its inception. Ruchika oversees the strategic and financial growth of the company and is passionate about finding new growth opportunities. She is proud to have created a culture that makes Borderless Access a “Great Place to Work” company, which she believes is partly due to the entrepreneurial spirit retained over the past decade. She is also actively involved in representing the company at global conferences and speaks along with Fortune 500 clients on new and “out of the box” technologies, developments and processes in the research space. Prior to turning entrepreneur, she was a senior marketing professional with top companies like 3M, WPP and Havas Media. Ruchika has been awarded "Emerging Entrepreneur" of the year by CII and is also the recipient of the "STPI - High Performing Women IT Entrepreneurs" award for Karnataka, India. She holds an MBA from BITS, Pilani, India.
A business leader with over 20 years of experience, Dushyant has been instrumental in creating many successful P&L outcomes. At Borderless Access, Dushyant oversees the company’s growth strategy including its current sales and marketing efforts. He actively pursues Borderless Access’ rapid expansion across multiple services and product lines. His expertise in consumer behaviour, big data analytics and fine business acumen has led Borderless Access from strength-to-strength. Prior to Borderless Access, he worked at Cross-Tab (now Course5i), where he led multi-million dollar consumer research/insight engagements with global accounts such as Microsoft and P&G. His earlier stints as marketing research professional were at AMA Gold Top firms such as Nielsen and Kantar. Dushyant regularly speaks at global conferences on topics such as the use of disruptive innovation in consumer and healthcare market research. Dushyant is a management major with a minor degree in statistics and he has also completed an advanced development program from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of his professional life, he nurtures new business ideas as an active angel investor and a mentor/advisor to start-ups around the world.
Jason at Borderless Access heads the entire sales function for the Americas region. He focuses on business development for the organization across B2C, B2B and healthcare industries for quantitative-qualitative research.Jason is a regular speaker at various industry conferences for Borderless Access and has delivered many fantastic speaker sessions. Jason has over 20 years of experience in market research, marketing, advertising, public speaking, sales and new business development. Previously, he has held senior leadership roles including business development and management positions at Data Development Worldwide (Radius Global) and FHP Healthcare and has acted as Account Director at Lightspeed Research (Kantar) where he oversaw the Western US region encompassing the technology, healthcare, B2B, financial services, travel/leisure, media and CPG sectors. Within the US, he has managed the responsibilities of Sector Heads and Senior Account Executives. Jason received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a double minor in International Business and Marketing from Whittier College in California. Jason is also a Spanish bilingual speaker.
Bev is a seasoned market research and marketing professional with over 3 decades of experience and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. At Borderless Access, she heads the company’s business development efforts in the African region. Bev is passionate about Africa and leads Borderless Access’ efforts to transform the research industry from traditional to digital in the continent.As a market researcher, Bev has held key leadership positions with Nielsen, Kantar TNS, Sara Lee, Smith and Nephew and Beiersdorf. For Kantar TNS, Bev led a business unit of Researchers working across CPG, Banking and Insurance. Bev has also managed the marketing strategies for many leading consumer brands, negotiated licenses, joint ventures and the full re-entry of Beiersdorf into South Africa. During this time, Bev won an award for advertising and has launched numerous successful brands into the South African market like Dove, Simple and Nivea Soft.
Ejaz heads the Middle East and Africa region and is based in Dubai. He has spent the majority of his career in the Middle East region, understanding the culture and consumers and helping leading brands grow. As a development and service lead, Ejaz brings learning and experience from both ad-hoc as well as continuous research practices. He carries strong research expertise in F&B, household products, banking, personal care and technology, social, automotive and telecom sectors. Ejaz has worked alongside renowned specialist firms like Market Pulse and Cross-Tab. He has also contributed to Kantar firms like IMRB International (India) and TNS (Dubai), while also having worked closely with global and regional companies like Almarai, Saudia, Friesland, the Agthia group and many others. Ejaz holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration as well as a BA Honors and as a keen learner has added digital marketing certificates from MIT.
Mahesh leads the expansion of Borderless Access’ healthcare research and analytics portfolio, including the development of new products and new-age research solutions focused on pharma and biotech clientele. Mahesh specialises in strategic consulting, business research and analytics and has handled both client-side and vendor side operations. His industry expertise spans across pharmaceutical manufacturing, KPO, research, analytics and BPM business models working for companies such as Ranbaxy, Novartis, Mu Sigma, and WNS amongst others. As a solutions architect, he has designed business transformational solutions for pharmaceutical, medical devices, payer and provider clients. He has also executed and managed various projects in CNS, CV, oncology, metabolic disorders, vaccines, GI, urology, ophthalmology, musculoskeletal, respiratory, men’s and women’s health, OTC, nutraceuticals and dietary supplements. Mahesh holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a Life Science graduation and is trained in cross-cultural aspects for various nationalities like US, European, Swiss and Japanese.
With two decades of experience spanning over multiple verticals, Luke Francis has a deep commercial and market understanding and is an accomplished and seasoned leader with an extensive track record in setting up digital operations at scale.Luke drives business development in North America for the company’s healthcare market research division with an emphasis on prospect building, new service commercialization and a strategic roadmap for revenue generation and growth. Prior to joining Borderless Access, he held leadership positions at Manthan and was instrumental in building and establishing operations and delivery systems and strategically aligning internal processes across functional units. During his tenure with WIPRO and NIPUNA (a Satyam company), Luke led innovation-oriented, results-driven large teams while deploying solution expertise to strengthen financials. Luke holds a science major and has completed an Executive General Management Program from IIM Lucknow.

This team is responsible for delivering cutting edge digital research solutions to Fortune Enterprises, helping them make informed business and marketing decisions with niche markets and audience insights.
Aditi comes with over 20 years of experience in market research and analytics, with initial years at Kantar, Cross-Tab (now Course5i) during which she has successfully led, managed client engagement programs that include global tracking studies for technology giants like Microsoft, Lenovo and HP.Aditi holds a postgraduate degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai and is a postgraduate in management from IIM Indore.
Niraj Morey works towards driving sales and new business acquisition efforts in the Middle East region. An expert in the consumer insights business, Niraj has exemplary work experience spanning over 20 years, which includes working in Unilever and Kantar.
At Unilever, he led a 360-degree consumer and market insights agenda for food, beverage and personal care categories in different geographies in different roles, supporting both development and deployment of innovations. He was also a part of Unilever’s global task forces on product testing and qualitative research.Niraj has also led a large strategic business unit at Kantar that focused on servicing FMCG and automotive accounts.He is a recipient of the Research Excellence Award for the Middle East & Africa region and holds a management post-grad from Mumbai University.
Pallavi leads the Partner Relationship team at Borderless Access with the principal goal of identifying and collaborating with existing and new strategic research partners that augment and compliment Borderless Access's capabilities.
Pallavi has over 17 years of experience in the market research industry and her experience includes managing key client portfolios in Borderless Access as well as with companies such as Toluna (formerly Greenfield Online) & Pipal Research (a subsidiary of Crisil Limited).Pallavi holds a Master's Degree in Economics and a Diploma in Business Management.
Kannan has over 15 years of experience in the information technology domain with expertise ranging from infrastructure to product development.He oversees the inception, development and implementation of new ideas and technology for the company’s flagship products SmartSight™ and HealthSight™ as well as new product and technology initiatives. Kannan has been associated with industry leaders such as IBM, EVRY, eMids, IDS Next, and has worked on CRM, education, healthcare, hospitality and market research domains. His expertise span across different technologies and areas of business including cloud computing and data warehousing and he has managed the execution and delivery of several large scale, challenging application development projects. Kannan holds a Master’s degree in Management, specializing in Software Projects.

Bela is a finance expert with 18 years of experience across market research, consulting, technology and service industries. Prior to joining Borderless Access, Bela worked with Infosys BPM where she led the process assurance and improvement team for one of the most prestigious government tax processes. Bela is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and a fellow chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
