In Bangalore, India, panels and digital insights firm Borderless Access has appointed Mahesh Lingaiah as Associate Vice President – Healthcare Services, as it looks to expand its work in the sector.
The company boasts more than 5.9m proprietary digital panelists across 34 counties and conducts more than 6.9m online surveys annually. Proprietary products and solutions include close-up consumer tracker TAPP, sampling suite HealthSight, and community platform SmartSight.
Lingaiah (pictured) brings eighteen years’ experience in business research and analytics, pharmaceutical manufacturing, KPO and BPO, spanning the US, EU, Japan, Africa and South Asia. He has spent the last eight years at WNS, latterly as Associate VP; and early worked at Mu Sigma, Ranbaxy, Novartis and Taylor Nelson Sofres. A specialist in the healthcare vertical, he has managed and run projects in oncology, metabolic disorders, CNS, CV, vaccines, GI, urology, ophthalmology, musculoskeletal, Respiratory, men’s and women’s health, OTC, nutraceuticals and dietary supplements. He holds a master’s degree in business administration with a life science graduation.
In his new role, Lingaiah will lead the Healthcare vertical to develop new product and new-age research solutions focused on pharmaceutical clientele.
