Sales Director, Panels - US

Role Summary:

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven sales professional to help accelerate our growth across the US. This is a high-impact role focused on winning new business, building relationships with leading brands and agencies, and bringing innovative panel and research solutions to market across B2C, B2B, and Healthcare.

You’ll have real ownership, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to play a visible role in shaping our regional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to drive new business growth across the US market
  • Prospect, engage, and win new clients across panel, sampling, and insights solutions
  • Build a strong pipeline through outbound activity, networking, social selling, and events
  • Own a defined client territory and deliver against new logo and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and identify growth, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Represent Borderless Access at industry and client events and strengthen market presence through thought leadership and speaking opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years’ sales experience in market research with a strong hunting focus
  • Extensive knowledge of the US market
  • Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling panel/sampling solutions with an active US market network
  • Highly driven, resilient, and proactive with strong follow-through
  • Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally to close deals
  • Comfortable with regular US travel
  • Strong CRM discipline and commercial acumen
