Manager - Growth Marketing
Role Purpose
The Growth Marketing Manager will own growth execution for The Panel Station / MDForLives, covering new panelist acquisition, activation, engagement, reactivation, retention, and active panelist growth.
The role is responsible for building and running campaigns across paid, organic, SEO, email, social, affiliate, partner, referral, and reactivation channels. The person must ensure that growth is demand-led, cost-efficient, measurable, and linked to real panelist actions.
Key Responsibilities
Proprietary Panel Contribution
- Work with Panel Business and Sampling teams to improve internal panel usage.
- Identify panel segments that can deliver more participation.
- Support campaigns that increase survey starts and complete from the internal panel.
- Reduce avoidable dependency on external sample sources and unnecessary paid recruitment.
- Growth Marketing Planning
- Create monthly and quarterly growth plans for TPS / MDFL.
- Plan campaigns by country, audience type, channel, and business needs.
- Align acquisition and engagement plans with panel availability and survey demand.
- Track growth gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Panelist Acquisition
- Drive new panelist registrations through paid, organic, SEO, email, social, affiliate, partner, and referral channels.
- Use paid recruitment only where required.
- Identify low-cost and high-quality recruitment sources.
- Track cost per registration, cost per activated panelist, and source-wise quality.
- Ensure acquired panelists move beyond registration and become useful to active panelists.
- Activation and Engagement
- Move new panelists from registration to first meaningful action.
- Create campaigns to increase survey attempts, profiler completion, polls, quizzes, pulse survey participation, app activity, and email/app engagement.
- Improve participation through clear communication, better campaign timing, and relevant nudges.
- Work with Brand Communication and Design teams to create campaign content and creatives.
- Support reactivation and retention activities for TPS / MDFL
- Reporting and Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering the acquisition of proprietary panel contribution. Reports must clearly show what worked, what did not work, and what needs to be improved
Required Experience
- 7–9 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, user acquisition, community growth, or retention marketing.
- Experience in B2C apps, consumer internet, EdTech, FinTech, HealthTech, D2C, loyalty/rewards, gaming, online communities, survey platforms, or market research will be preferred.
- Healthcare, HCP engagement, professional community, or health tech experience will be preferred for MDFL.
