Business Problem

  • A Japanese pharmaceutical major sought Borderless Access’ partnership in creating and designing a patient community for an eye condition to get insights into patient behavior and experience.

What & How We Did It

  • Using our online community platform and competitive intelligence capabilities we created a patient community, customizing SmartSight®, focusing on the UK, France, Germany and Spain markets, which comprised the TG
  •  We launched periodic surveys to assess user perception and manage discussion forums. We closely monitored the forums focusing on community activities along with patient assistance programs

  • We worked with the client using SmartSight to run visual analytics and generate key insights from survey findings, blogs and discussion forums enabling informed decision making
  • The qualitative & quantitative insights played an instrumental role in devising the brand strategy for the client
