Associate Product Manager – Platform Execution & Strategic Enablement
Role Summary
As an Associate Product Manager at Borderless Access, you’ll play a foundational role in transforming global digital research. You’ll help define and deliver platform enhancements by supporting product planning, feasibility analysis, user acceptance, and go-live coordination. Your focus will be turning business needs into structured deliverables that drive measurable outcomes and improve customer engagement across the research lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Enablement
- Perform Product Discovery with existing workflows, automation opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competitor platforms, and new tool integrations that support product innovation
- Support business process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing workflows
- Track key KPIs including user acquisition, platform completes, and revenue-related metrics
Execution & Delivery Support
- Translate business and product needs into clearly scoped requirements and sprint-ready features/stories
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, vendors, and business teams to ensure successful sprint execution and velocity
- Assist in feasibility, sizing, scoping, and outcome tracking for planned releases
- Coordinate UAT, track go-live readiness, and perform post-release reviews tied to MRCs, conversions, and retention metrics
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison across internal tech and business teams, vendors, and end users
- Maintain structured documentation and process transparency across product cycles
- Support internal updates, sprint status reports, and release communications with clarity and consistency
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in product, business analysis, or SaaS delivery roles
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint ceremonies, and product discovery processes
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, mockup tools, analytics dashboards, and status tracking frameworks
- Good communication skills with a focus on structured problem solving and stakeholder coordination
- Master’s in business administration preferred
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to digital research platforms, panel recruitment, survey distribution, or global consumer insights systems
- Experience working with data teams on audience segmentation and predictive analytics
- Proven success in launching features that drive engagement, retention, and operational scale across digital platforms
