Business Analyst – Digital Research & Agile Delivery
Role Summary
Borderless Access empowers global brands through intelligent research platforms and agile solutions. As a Business Analyst, you’ll be the strategic conduit between insights, product, engineering, and delivery teams. You’ll translate Business needs and business goals into user-focused digital experiences—fostering alignment, velocity, and impact across agile sprint cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Requirements
- Conduct impact analysis to understand potential ripple effects of new features across research workflows
- Partner with stakeholders across business and tech to gather, clarify, and groom product requirements
- Prepare wireframes, user stories, and documentation that support scalable platform enhancements
- Detail functional and non-functional requirements with clarity, precision, and traceability
Execution & Delivery
- Drive structured sprint planning, grooming, and backlog refinement to maintain team velocity
- Support testing and validation of platform features through demos and walkthroughs
- Coordinate post-release evaluations and recommend iterations based on KPIs and user feedback
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a core liaison between engineering, business, and client-facing teams
- Document product decisions, sprint outcomes, and platform metrics for stakeholder updates
- Facilitate internal comms between product, data, and delivery leads to ensure transparency and momentum
External Environment & Innovation
- Advocate for user-first design and consumer-driven experiences throughout research touchpoints
- Explore and adopt new digital tools that enhance automation, engagement, and insight generation
- Collaborate with data science and insights teams to build intelligent segmentation and predictive workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master’s in Business Administration preferred
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis within SaaS, digital platforms, or research tech environments
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, analytics dashboards, and mockup tools
- Strong grasp of Agile delivery, KPI frameworks, and stakeholder management
- Exceptional documentation, process mapping, and cross-functional communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to digital research platforms, panel recruitment, survey distribution, or global consumer insights systems
- Experience working with data teams on audience segmentation and predictive analytics
- Proven success in launching features that drive engagement, retention, and operational scale across digital platforms
