Senior Associate – Community Management

Job Description

  1. In-depth Knowledge on MR.
  2. Synthesis and communication of both primary and secondary research findings into actionable insights according to the client’s objectives
  3. Managing clients and their respective projects custom research team in matters of market research based on experience in one or more sectors
  4. Keeping a pulse of the progress of projects and follow up with clients in an effort to develop ongoing relationships and repeat business.
  5. Accurately and effectively set-up sampling related activities such as mailer creation, incentives allocation for the project to achieve the required interviews/ survey responses.
  6. Full reporting and analysis: Interpreting and analyzing Quantitative and qualitative data, drawing insightful conclusions and providing recommendations, where applicable.
  7. Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, all in different design/analysis stages
  8. Proactively anticipating, troubleshooting, overcoming, and/or escalating challenges
  9. Consulting (Questionnaire Design, Analysis, Reporting Writing)
  10. Assisting in Development of strong and captivating proposals to meet client needs, based on short research briefs and/or elaborate RFPs; including assisting with costing structure, methodological design, analytical framework, etc.
