Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer care by responding to queries from various brands in a fast-paced, structured customer service environment.
- Provide timely and effective support by resolving customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and offering strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.
- Leverage deep product knowledge to enhance customer support and satisfaction.
- Analyse stakeholder engagement data to identify trends and use insights to improve engagement strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer engagement and retention.
- Utilize various software applications, CRM systems, and customer success tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments.
- Effectively manage multiple client relationships, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
Min Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights is preferred.
- Prior experience in both B2B and B2C servicing is highly desirable.
- Candidates with expertise in AI solutions and optimization will be given preference
