A pharmaceutical major partnered with Borderless Access seeking an interactive tableau dashboard to understand brand performance KPIs and monitor sales force activities across regions in the USA market.
What we did & how
Using our Business Intelligence and Dashboards, Data Visualization capabilities, we extracted and processed the monthly sales data, analyzed KPIs across regional/ national benchmarks and portfolio performance. We designed a dynamic dashboard and ensured an auto update periodically.
Key insights
Our analysis of the sales force performance by territory at brand level displayed sales performance, coverage and reach KPIs. The inbuilt dynamic geo mapping feature of the dashboard helped business units to review performance team wise.
