A top pharmaceutical company turned to Borderless Access to identify and map physician influence at local, regional and national level for cholesterol treatment. The objective was to zero in on top influencers in the therapy area.
We identified potential targets in terms of KOLs and mapped their networks in different contexts to identify which context had stronger and more immediate influence. We profiled the seemingly potential networks at national, regional and local contexts.
We figured that the local networks were more influential than regional or national networks.
We identified the top 20 KOLs at the national level.
Product satisfaction turned out to be one of the most important drivers for brand prescription.
