This sales director position is an individual contributor role covering new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the entire North America Region (including Canada). The ideal candidate will be responsible for attaining new business revenue and growing accounts for the Borderless Access (BA) across its proprietary product and service portfolio that includes; End to End Market Research & Analytics Services (B2C, B2B and Healthcare domains, Global Online & Mobile Panels and Healthcare Panels).
Job Description and Responsibility:
• Actively prospect and sell BA’s Panel services & Products (B2C, B2B, Healthcare) into new and existing enterprise accounts and Market Research agencies.
• Create and implement an account plan that expands company’s client base and influence in N. America and pivot BA’s imagery to being a digital-first research solutions company for Agencies and Corporates
• Deliver on sales quota numbers for each of specific geographic region(s) by utilizing his/her sales hunting and farming skills showing effective sales rigour.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, face-to-face meetings and road shows.
• Represent Borderless Access at industry events and conferences and take up speaking opportunities to deliver world class content
• Present sales pipeline, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Complete expenses reports and update CRM system to reflect activity
• Work with a global team to consistently push the envelope by fostering growth & expenses reports and expenses reports and expenses reports and expenses reports and embracing innovation for the purpose of new revenue generation.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated record of success in an outbound market research sales (min. 5 years of market research industry and has a college degree).
• Should have actively sold panel services to Agencies and/or Corporates and can provide examples.
• Be willing to extensively travel.
• The person should be disciplined on updating MIS/maintaining CRM tools and comfortable with technology
