Manager – Social Media

 

Job Description and Responsibility:

1) Strategy Development:
• Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy in alignment with organizational
goals for different brands belonging to B2B as well as B2C domains
• Emphasize organic growth strategies to expand our social media presence
• Able to build and implement Social Paid Strategy

2) Content Creation and Management:
• Generate, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Work collaboratively with content developers to ensure high-quality and on-brand content

3) Audience Engagement:
• Foster community engagement and build relationships with our online audience
• As a team, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

4) Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite to monitor and analyze social media performance
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights

5) Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams such as branding, other marketing teams, to ensure brand
consistency across all channels
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management

6) Innovation and Trends:
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in social media marketing
• Implement new features and strategies to enhance brand awareness

Requirements:

• Education: MBA in Marketing
• Total Work experience in Marketing: 8+ years
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
• Able to lead a team of Social Media experts
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Ability to drive organic growth and engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
