Responsibilities as Individual Contributor:
• Make and maintain the company’s brand identity and brand consistency across all platforms as well as all sales and marketing initiatives
• Bring a design-thinking mindset to your daily work
• Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery
• Refine images fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Design original pieces including illustrations, logos and infographics
• Apply typography techniques
• Familiarity with building powerful and effective PowerPoint slides, decks and templates
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and promote our solutions and expertise
• Stay up to date with industry developments and tools and test graphics across various media
• Liaise with sales and marketing teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Responsibilities as People Manager:
• Lead a team of individuals performing graphic design to achieve business goals
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback coaching to team members
• Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and skills
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes innovation, creativity and productivity
• Encourage teamwork and open communication among team members and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Skills:
• 8+ years of proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of video creation and editing is a plus
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
