Job Description and Responsibility:
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Brand Managers to understand the brand vision/positioning and define customer success parameters for each brand.
• Make an audience engagement program by identifying trending subjects/news across global markets of interest and conceptualize creative campaigns through emailers/WhatsApp and other communication store fronts.
• Monitor and manage user engagement on all brands to maintain a high response from end users.
• Setup creative campaigns for new events/offers etc. to build organic traffic on each platform.
• Collaborating with various teams to align promotional materials and define target audiences for engagement campaigns.
• Thorough understanding of data and working towards creating comprehensive cohorts, treat users differently, and communicate effectively to encourage their prompt participation.
• Conducting post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Make monthly reports highlighting the performance against the KPIs and articulating the plan of action for subsequent months.
