You will be responsible for strategizing, improving and writing content for ads, emails, blogs, articles etc. to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to improve it. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing and copywriting skills with 2+ years of B2B/B2C Content Writing experience. You should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize a robust B2B/B2C oriented content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term goals and execute it in a timely manner.
• Be adept at researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies).
• Monitoring competitor strategy on various channels like emails, blogs etc.
• Coordinate with design team to work on creatives for all the said content.
• Comfortable in creating smart and structured content for (but not limited to) articles, blogs, videos, white papers and other downloadable content, ad copies, image ads, social media posts etc.
• Work closely with the SEO, Email and social media marketing team for an integrated output.
• Ensure all content is optimized according to technical as well as regular SEO guidelines.
• Use analytics tools to analyze website traffic and other user engagement metrics on a regular basis and provide reports on KPI’s as and when required.
• Stay up-to-date with new developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Content creator.
• Good working knowledge of SEO and its importance for content. Should have experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English
• Attention to detail, a good eye for trending designs/illustrations.
• Familiarity with web publications like WordPress.
• Experience doing research using multiple sources.
• Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with an ad agency would be a plus.
