<li>Build quarterly and monthly content calendars mapped to business priorities (campaigns, research studies and relevant health topics).</li>
<li>Define audience personas (e.g., physicians, specialists, AHPs, patients) and craft tailored messaging.</li>
<li>Conduct competitive benchmarking and content gap analyses within the global healthcare panel and clinical insights ecosystem.</li>
<li>Embed E-E-A-T principles into the entire content framework.</li>
<li>Establish content KPIs: organic visibility, engagement, conversions and lead/panelist generation.</li>

<li>Short-form (social media, newsletters, thought snippets)</li>

<li>Collaborate with SMEs, internal medical experts, Engagement Teams and Research Teams to validate accuracy and maintain a strong evidence base.</li>
<li>Integrate structured storytelling with data-driven insights and humanized clinician perspectives.</li>
<li>Ensure all content complies with E-E-A-T and Google’s healthcare content standards, maintaining factual integrity, credible sources, and transparent citations.</li>

<li><strong> SEO, Optimization &amp; Analytics</strong></li>

<li>Partner with the SEO team to execute data-driven content optimization — keyword research and mapping, internal linking, schema and meta enhancements.</li>
<li>Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor performance.</li>
<li>Track and report engagement, conversions, and authority metrics — continuously improve based on data.</li>
<li>Conduct content audits and refreshes to keep older pages medically accurate and aligned with the latest healthcare updates.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong> Collaboration &amp; Brand Consistency</strong></li>

<li>Partner cross-functionally with Panelists Engagement Team, Design, Marketing, Product and Research Operations to deliver cohesive campaigns.</li>

The ideal<br />candidate will drive strategic brand collaborations and tie-ups with offline Self-Help Groups, Patient<br />Advocacy Groups, Medical Communities, and Doctors’ Groups across global cities to boost brand<br />recognition and grow our healthcare panel.</p><p><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br /><strong>1. Brand Communication &amp; Content Strategy</strong><br />• Develop and execute a strategic brand communication plan for HCPs, AHPs, and Patients<br />across global markets.<br />• Craft and optimize medical and healthcare-focused content for social media, blogs,<br />newsletters, and marketing campaigns.<br />• Ensure all communications align with pharmaceutical and healthcare industry standards,<br />maintaining credibility and compliance.<br />• Manage MDForLives’ brand voice and messaging to establish trust and thought leadership<br />among healthcare professionals and patient groups.</p><p><br /><strong>2. Social Media &amp; Community Engagement</strong><br />• Lead social media strategy for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram,<br />focusing on medical professionals and patient advocacy.<br />• Develop organic and paid social campaigns to increase engagement, drive traffic, and<br />encourage community participation.<br />• Monitor conversations and trends within the medical, pharma, and patient communities,<br />ensuring real-time engagement and issue resolution.<br />• Foster relationships with healthcare influencers, medical thought leaders, and patient<br />advocates to strengthen MDForLives’ credibility.</p><p><br /><strong>3. Brand Partnerships &amp; Tie-Ups (Most Critical Component)</strong><br />• Identify and establish partnerships with global offline:<br />a. Self-Help Groups (Mental health, chronic disease support, disability support, etc.)<br />Patient Advocacy Groups (Cancer, Diabetes, Rare Diseases, etc.)<br />b. Doctor’s Groups and Associations (Medical societies, local physician groups,<br />hospitals)<br />c. Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHPs) Groups (Nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians,<br />etc.)<br />• Develop partnership models to increase MDForLives’ brand awareness and credibility in the<br />healthcare industry.<br />• Organize offline and online events, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions with partner<br />groups.<br />• Build and execute strategic tie-ups for long-term brand advocacy and panel expansion.</p><p><br /><strong>4. Panel Growth &amp; User Acquisition</strong><br />• Align branding efforts with MDForLives’ panel growth strategy, ensuring an increase in HCPs,<br />AHPs, and Patients signing up for surveys.<br />• Leverage partnerships to onboard doctors, healthcare professionals, and patient groups into<br />the MDForLives community.<br />• Analyze and optimize branding initiatives for better engagement and conversion rates.</p><p><br /><strong>5.
