The lockdowns to contain COVID-19 has resulted in an unprecedented situation, forcing people across the globe to ‘work from home’ at a scale and duration, which is a first globally. To understand how this impacts working professionals, Borderless Access conducted a study in India, South Africa, the UK and the US, to find out how the new work-life is perceived, away from the social constraints of the workplace and the new habits and behaviour being adopted by working professionals.
