The research team of Borderless Access conducted this KANO research to help the client understand the requirement of the lower socio-economic class in the pain reliever category. The study aimed to make the lower socio-economic class aware of the products in the pain reliever category. The research targeted adults across both genders from a certain age group. The insights from the study were utilized to design the client’s brand communication. The client was able to successfully identify different types of body pain, and induce trial and purchase amongst the relevant target group
