Survey on Customer Satisfaction Banking Customers


The research team at Borderless Access conducted this study that focused on providing efficient services to the client, a well-known financial service provider across the globe, is aware of the stiff competition and realized that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. This quantitative study on banking customers was conducted across UAE, Russia, Colombia and Canada targeting males and females above 18 years of age earning over AED 3000. Towards this end, they wanted to introduce a customer satisfaction survey. The idea was to measure how their products and services met or surpassed customer expectations, which is a key performance indicator within the business. With utmost efficiency, Borderless Access, overcoming all the associated challenges, was able to wrap this study within the stipulated time and achieved the click balancing results at a reduced cost. The client commended our dedication in completing one of the most difficult yet effective sampling approaches throughout the study.
