This BA Health case study details how our research team helped the client understand the consumer behaviour and preferences of Diabetic patients in general along with the variations among Type-1 & Type-2 Diabetics. The ad hoc online study focused on the common symptoms, vaccination types and challenges faced in the treatment of the disease which eventually influences the production of improved drugs and vaccines for the treatment. The survey was conducted across Brazil and China targeting patients with Type 1 & Type 2 diabetics with quotas for insulin and non-insulin. The outcome of the study enabled the client to acknowledge behaviour and preferences of diabetes patients from both the mentioned categories. The study had a set of challenges along with a stringent timeline. Nevertheless, post the initial struggle, the BA research team successfully delivered the committed numbers in both the markets. The client hence reciprocated with frequent and multiple healthcare project requests
