Qualitative Study on Ophthalmology Equipment

In this BA Health case study, our research team used a qualitative method of assessment to help the client have insights on the likeliness of the available options to finance the requirements for ophthalmology surgical and diagnostics equipment. Additionally, the client wanted to familiarize themselves with the environment i.e., public, private and tender, and a balanced mix of these in Japan, Germany, Spain, India and Brazil. Conducted through an online survey, targeting the ophthalmology surgeons, hospital administrators, purchasers and procurement managers across the mentioned countries; this qualitative study successfully listed the loopholes, benefits and requirements of the various available financing options to procure equipment.
