KANO Research on Pain Reliever


The objective of this BA Health quantitative study was to classify pain reliever messaging among the Indian lower socio-economic class through brand communication. Our research solution team used the KANO model and targeted the relevant demography of India and helped the client to categorize different types of body pain. Classifying types of body pain further helped in designing customized messaging products. Additionally, the KANO method provided the client a clear picture of what customer needs and suggestions for product development. The outcome of the study induced trial and purchase customized products among the relevant target group.
