This BA Health case study helped the client have an in-depth cost analysis and validation of treatment costs for 8 strategies for the treatment of Visceral Leishmaniasis (VL). Our competent research team employed a quantitative method of study across the relevant demography across India to analyze various types of associated costs for the treatment. Additionally, the survey provided a range of available VL treatment strategies to choose from for first-line health services in (VL)-endemic areas. The cost and the cost-effectiveness of the different available options were further analyzed to come up with the best and cheapest treatment option. The team also studied the effectiveness of the available drug choices to know the efficacy and compliance for 8 treatment strategies. The conclusion of the study provided the client with a treatment landscape for VL and revise their cost strategy for Indian Market
