1. All programming, integration and deployment for our web-based surveys for client and internal surveys, including:
2. Quality Assurance of programmed surveys
3. Immediately communicating any issues to the Project Manager / Research Specialist
4. Reviewing client-provided and internal surveys, feedback and amendments
5. Working to creatively solve the problems and meet the challenges presented by the business needs of clients.
6. Supporting the Research Specialist and Project Manager. 
7. Effectively work/communicate both as an individual and as part of a team.

1.  Hands-on survey programming experience on Decipher and SurveyGizmo
   
2. Strong conceptual understanding of various survey programming logical constructs, syntaxes and semantics
3. Proven track record in handling programming surveys in the Healthcare and Consumer vertical
4.  Advanced Python scripting knowledge
5. Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data is collected according to design requirements
6.  Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical writing skills       
7.   Able to multitask, prioritize, and work under strict deadlines
