Sr Account Manager - Research Studies

Project management:

  • Managing Research projects end to end
    • Proposal writing
    • Questionnaire preparation
    • Fieldwork monitoring
    • Data checking and report preparation
    • Client management on day-to-day work
  • Regular updates to internal team on project status
  • Worked across various types of quantitative consumer research studies across various categories

Service Delivery:

  • Detailed understanding and experience of running full service market Research projects (Primary marketing research) mainly custom / ad-hoc research
  • Understand the market research projects items such as questionnaire, Survey scripts, quota management, data outputs, data checking, cleaning, data Analysis
  • Able to work independently throughout the market research project cycle & Manage client delight on deliverables
  • Ability to build insights out of data and assist client with data/ insights queries

RFP Management:

  • Understanding client request for quotes
  • Applying Borderless access capabilities and market research understanding for preparing effective quotes for clients
  • Answering client questions on RFPs/ quotes with consultative approach

Candidate Requirements

12 - 18 years in Market Research.

Relevant experience from the Market Research industry will be preferred
