Sr.Account Manager- Quant Research

Full time

Responsibilities

Client management

  • Leading South African client relationships from delivery side for BA
  • Manage various type / industries of clients
  • Being able to work across complex multi-market projects as well like Trackers, U&As. Qual + Quant
  • Able to lead innovation work for RSA clients
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and for conferences (if required)

 

MR management:

 

  • Proposal writing
  • Questionnaire preparation
  • Overseeing project timelines
  • Client presentations and delivery
  • Client management on day-to-day work
  • Managing client P&Ls
  • Develop thought leadership information / pieces for the region

 

Growing the team servicing RSA market by end of 2021

Focus on high quality deliverables on each and every project across clients

To be able to work independently

 

 

Service Delivery:

1- Detailed understanding and experience of running full service market

Research projects (Primary marketing research) mainly custom / ad-hoc

research

2- Strong understanding of market research processes such as questionnaire,

data outputs, data checking, Analysis

3- Able to work independently throughout the market research project cycle &

Manage client delight on deliverables

4- Ability to build insights out of data and assist client with data/ insights queries

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Good written/oral communication skills
  • Strong with PPT and Excel
  • Organized in the work
  • Attention to details
  • Capable of solving project related complications
  • Hard working

Quick learner 

Key Skills

7 to 8 years (relevant)
Have worked across various industries and types of researches
Media experience would be additional benefit
