Qualitative research

Full time

Responsibilities

1.     Manage project execution and delivery for Borderless Access’s qualitative research clients

2.     Prepare cost and approach proposals for qualitative research projects

3.     Take the lead in ensuring smooth end to end execution of market research projects, guide team members with questionnaire design, discussion guides, moderate groups, transcripts analysis and handle the necessary coordination for completing the projects.

4.     Work with internal stakeholders (panel build, technology, survey programming) to review project needs and assist team members in shortlisting the right profiles for each market

5.     Prepare content for team members to engage with panelists/respondents on qualitative research groups and getting the desired responses.

6.     Moderate questions that the research demands and ensure that the shortlisted respondents answer all the questions

7.     Prepare the final research report for client consumption

8.     Track project issues to closure.

9.    Play a mentoring role to groom the team to be able to excel at their expected level and take up stretch responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements

1.     Graduate / Post Graduate with 2 – 8 years of experience in Qualitative Research, Client Engagement & Process Management

2.     High proficiency and knowledge of all aspects of qualitative research design, moderation, transcript analysis, top-line and final presentation development and handling client presentations.

3.     Understands brands and consumers intuitively and has a passion for research and research insights

4.     Excellent command over English Language both written and spoken.

5.     Should have good knowledge in MS Office Tools (Excel/Power Point/ Word).

Should have good knowledge of using social media tools/apps.
