Performance Marketing - Digital Marketing (US, Europe & India)

Responsibilities

As a Associate Manager - Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for managing all paid & performance marketing initiatives for inbound lead generation and ABM campaigns. You will work in a high growth environment with constant change. Create marketing campaigns and come up with cost-effective marketing strategies that Acquire & Activate leads and prospects, with a specific focus on data evaluation and reporting on regular basis. You will be working closely with the business development and product team to come up with detailed marketing plans for all paid media channels.

 

A typical day would require you to wear many hats. Prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and effectively balancing short-term projects with long-term strategic initiatives. 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


Plan and execute paid B2B lead generation campaigns globally, including Display, Re-marketing, Social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Xing, Reddit), Programmatic, and any other relevant channels

·         Drive these campaigns and track ROI.

·         Measure and report performance of all paid media campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

·         Create and manage new system/processes for automation of lead inflow.

·         Study, identify trends and insights, and optimize existing campaigns, spends, and performance based on these insights.

·         Strategize ways to improve and track website performance for your campaigns.

·         Brainstorm new and creative growth and optimization strategies for paid channels.

·         Collaborate and work closely with sales and other team members to successfully plan and execute various campaigns.

 

Key Skills

·         Exposure to B2B marketing across geographies.

A self-starter with acute problem solving ability

Master’s degree; full-time from a premier institution.

4-5 years’ experience in running Digital Marketing and lead generation campaigns.

Demonstrable experience in leading and managing PPC marketing and display advertising.

Thorough knowledge of emerging technologies across digital space and passion to keep up with the latest trends in digital and performance marketing.

Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.

Basic knowledge of SEO tactics.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
