Executive - Computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI)

Full time

Responsibilities

-Call respondents and convince them to be part of BA panel or take market research survey, record the feedback with 100% accuracy. 
- Note down the verbatim with proper spelling and grammar check 
- Make call backs to the customers if required 
- Responsible for proper execution of floor procedures 
- Must be able to work in US shift (7pm-4am IST) 
- Using problem-solving skills to handle difficult or irate respondents 
- Learning about organization’s products or services and keeping up-to-date with any changes to them 
- Capitalizing LEAD requests by applying core customer service techniques supported by LEAD qualification skills 
- Conveying customers’ feedback and suggestions to the Supervisor in order to offer services exceeding customer expectations. 

Candidate Requirements

-Preferably 4-5 years of experience in Outbound calling in BPO 
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills 
- Good telephone manner  

-Excellent command over the English language 
- Motivated and reliable 
- Confident and able to approach people 
- Willing to learn 
- Results driven 

Key Skills

  • Good written/oral communication skills  

  • Organized in the work

  • Capable of solving project related complications (with help of the team)

  • Should have done calling in BPO industry to sale products/services

Work Timings

7 PM to 4 AM IST (Fixed US Shift)
