Associate Manager/ Manager – Healthcare Marketing

Responsibilities

We are reimagining the way the healthcare industry works by helping them make better informed-decisions with our technology-enabled healthcare research and analytics solutions and products.


In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketing and business generation for BA Health – Research and Analytics products and solutions, globally. You will be working with your marketing peers and cross-functional leaders across sales, business and product teams to make us win in this category. Key Responsibilities:


·      Understanding the market landscape, identifying your target audience and creating the strategic positioning, buyer personas, targeting plan and channel mix to meet your category’s target.

·        Develop a go-to-market strategy for your category and create the strategic blueprint to achieve category leadership and marketing targets.

·        Crafts and orchestrates digital and offline marketing campaigns and events that drive awareness, lead generation and sales.  

·        Establish BA Health’ thought leadership by working with industry forums and association through webinars, paper presentations and other marketing opportunities.

·        Identify key industry relevant conferences and manage on event related activities and partnerships.

·       Work with your marketing peers for SEO growth, lead generation, ABM, email and social media marketing, PR and content marketing success for your category. 

·        Key focus on lead acquisition by leveraging digital marketing (LinkedIn, Xing, Google, Bing,  Programmatic, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

·        Develop sales and marketing material (PR, case studies, brochures, whitepapers, sales kits, etc.).

·        As healthcare marketing SPOC, collaborate with cross-functional heads across sales, product, business to align strategies and provide full support in achieving marketing and category business goals.

·        Provide reports and analytics of the marketing campaigns regularly.

·           Deepen our understanding of target category and relevant audiences through competitive and market intelligence. 

Candidate Requirements

·         Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Marketing, Product Marketing

·         MBA/ PGDM from Tier I, II college in Business strategy, Marketing, or other related disciplines

·         Experience leading, or working with, a multi-faceted marketing organization.

·         Proven track record of delivering tangible results

·         Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)

·         Strong execution and collaboration skills.
